My Story

After a long and successful career in promotional marketing, I made the difficult decision to walk away so I could take a much-needed sabbatical. I always told myself that my next chapter in life would be something that found me, and I was committed to not pushing against anything until I knew for sure. I’ve used Vision Boards most of my adult life and have seen incredible results in my personal and professional life. The crazy thing to me was there were so many people who hadn’t used this tool as a way to clarify and then focus on what they wanted to accomplish in life. Since it’s such a powerful and fun activity, I decided to lead others through this experience by launching a company called It Starts With a Vision.

Through years of experience, research, training and proven results, I’ve designed a unique process that allows you to first clarify what you want to be, do and have in life and then I hold the space for you to be able to create your own visual representation of your goals and dreams. This applies to all aspects of your life…personal, professional, relationships, health, travel dreams, etc.

I will be leading workshops for retreats, groups, and companies investing in their employee’s personal development and professional goal setting (these can be hosted virtually or in person, when safe).

“I didn't realize how fun it would be to make a vision board. I've done journaling in the past and for some reason I thought it would be very similar. But going through the process of creating a vision board took it a step further for me. Taking what I had written down and making the board instead of trying to visualize it in my mind made it so much easier. The process is also very fun and as I was doing it I felt that it raised my vibration which I know helps with manifestation. “
